Appointments are available to book by pressing the ‘BOOK NOW’ button on the homepage. Once you select the service you’d like, you will be taken to a calendar where you can see all available dates and times. If you cannot see a particular date/time that you want to book then unfortunately it isn’t available. If there are any cancellations or an appointment becomes available this will be posted on the studio Instagram and Facebook story.
We are a home based studio based on Newport Road in Aldershot. Once you have booked an appointment with us you will receive a confirmation email which includes the full address and all the information on where to find us. If you put the wrong email by mistake or for some reason didn’t receive it, don’t worry as we will send out a WhatsApp message 24 hours before you’re appointment with the same information.
There is absolutely no problem with rescheduling your appointment. All you need to do is pop us a message or email letting us know when you would like to reschedule for and we can change this over for you. Please make sure you go onto the ‘BOOK NOW’ section, select your service and have a look at the available appointments to choose from. DO NOT rebook an appointment as then the website will make you pay a second deposit!
A patch test is not a requirement but you can choose to have one if you wish. A patch test is free to book in on our booking system.
Eyelash extensions can last anywhere between 2-6 weeks. This is all dependent on your natural lash growth and how quickly/slowly they grow out, certain conditions could also cause your lash extensions to fall out such as oily skin, swimming, watery eyes and much more. It is important to remember that everyone’s hair growth is different. If you are getting lashes regularly, it is recommended to get them infilled every 2-3 weeks to maintain a full and healthy appearance.
